Mobile Device Access Using Exchange Active Sync Settings- Faculty/Staff

The Office of Information Technology provides limited configuring and troubleshooting support for the use of email clients beyond SJFC Webmail. If you would like to check email remotely, use the Webmail system, available at

SJFC mail access is otherwise available by use of the Active Sync settings. All of your email messages will remain on the server. IMAP provides limited functionality and does not have access to your non-mail folders such as your Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, Notes, etc. You must use SJFC Webmail or Microsoft Outlook for this functionality.

SJFC Mobile App is available to download from the Google Play Store and App Store for iOS devices.  Additional information on the SJFC Mobile App is available from the OIT website.
